The Ph.D. course, held from October 4 - 8, 2010, will be focused advanced methods of structural biology to study biomolecular interactions. It is organized by the National Centre for Biomolecular Research. Participants of the course will automatically attend the workshop organized on October 6 and CSCH lecture organized on October 7, 2010.
The Ph.D. course lectures and exercises will be given by outstanding tutors:

   October 4-5, 2010
Prof. Dr. Michael Sattler (Technical University, Munich, Germany)
Dr. David Neuhaus (MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology, Cambridge, UK)
Structure and biomolecular interactions in protein complexes by NMR spectroscopy
   October 7-8, 2010
Dr. Tim Stevens and Dr. Wayne Boucher (University of Cambridge, Cambridge, UK)
CCPN Course on macromolecular resonance assignment, structure calculation,
    and NMR parameter extraction

On-line Registration is required to attend the course. Please, register as soon as possible - the number of participants for the Ph.D. course is limited by the size of the computer room (i.e. 36 seats). Currently enrolled Ph.D. students will be given priority, but undergraduate students and post-docs may apply as well. Admission to the course is based on the selection by the organizing commitee. You will be informed by the middle of September whether your registration was accepted.
Registration deadline is September 10, 2010.
No registration fee is required to attend the Ph.D. course.
The accommodation of participants will be covered from the European grant.

Students of Masaryk University can get credits for this course if they register the following courses in IS MU:
C9532i NMR Innovation Lectures I for participant who will attend on days Nov 4 and 5
C9533i NMR Innovation Lectures II for participant who will attend on days Nov 7 and 8

The course is organized within POSTBIOMIN project of the 7th Framework programme for research and development. EU logo EU logo
